SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders will be reviewed, and we reserve the right to refuse any orders. We ship across Canada and can ship to the USA by arrangement. FREE ground shipping in Winnipeg and area. We have shipping under 31.5 Kg or 70 lbs across Canada with Canada Post, or we can make custom arrangements. For larger items we will contact you for freight shipping. We use multiple suppliers and multiple warehouses for most brands to ensure stock is available and will ship from the most efficient location. We will contact you if the shipping will be more than two days.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment unless defective.
Items may be returned up to 14 days from receiving the order. We only accept resalable items in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused and undamaged.
If you believe a product is defective we ask for a sample to demonstrate the defect and details such as the machine it was used in, purpose, date, etc.
After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.
If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.
DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL FEES
Deliveries to countries outside the Canada may incur duties, taxes, or charges that are not included in the total price displayed. To avoid unforeseen charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information on fees before placing your order.
